Because we’re looking for a very special person to help us plan, develop and deliver the most exciting adventure activities programme in Scotland. Based at both the world’s largest indoor climbing arena and Scotland’s largest sailing school, you’ll be tasked with inspiring adventurers to rise to new challenges and take their sport to the next level, maximising usage and income. Constantly on the lookout for the latest activities to excite and delight our customers, you'll be the first to spot the latest trends and put proposals forward. You have proven experience in team leadership, knowledge of sponsorship development and all the relevant leisure/activity management/health & safety qualifications.
